The week of Christmas we headed to the Children's Museum because they had some Christmas fun!
All the kids there were singing and dancing... except Colin. He just stood there staring at everyone else =)
Aunt Karen stopped by with this AWESOME rocking chairs! The one Addison is in was hand made by Great Grandpa Steve! The one Colin is in was hand made by Pop! Awesome.
Colin helped me decorate a gingerbread house. He actually ate lots of the candy. This is him eating the Santa that came with it...
... and on the house is a potty. He asked me to make one. It is supposed to be a potty and a sink, but it kinda looks like a chair and desk.
Christmas Eve, we went to church. Then came home and the kids opened a gift (pajamas)
Everyone had a great night's sleep and Christmas morning we all went to see what Santa brought! Here are the girls...
I made the traditional Beane Sticky Buns - and not to toot my own horn, but they were the bomb!
Garet got some mustaches...
I won't list everything out that the kids got, but one thing that I wanted to mention was the train table! This was actually made by Pop - what a hit! We opened presents...
And had a nice relaxing morning! Addison loved her ball popper... so did Colin actually =)
Colin also got this reader thing, it is a huge hit! And even more awesome because he can "read" in the car.
After our big family Christmas morning, we got everything packed into the car. After lunch, we headed to Charlotte! It was my family's turn for Christmas this year!
